The employees were welcoming from the beginning. This store was bright, clean, and had more inventory than others. Lupe is so kind and thoughtful. She was incredibly helpful, and I will be back specifically because of her.

I haven’t been here for years and I am so glad this store still exist. Lupe was nice and she offered their credit card but she might need to upsell and to engage more with customers. The store might need to restock items too. I highly recommend this my go to beauty store.

Went in to check out their clippers while I waited for CVS. there were two store associates at the front. Neither one looked my way or even acknowledged a customer walking in. One of them was definitely a 'brooder'... as she was discussing her life's grievances for all to hear. That store has been there for ages and I'll continue to shop there. I feel for the owner trying to train people that are essentially handicapped when it comes to life's basics.

I’ve never had such a bad experience in all these years in any of the Sally stores in the US. They couldn’t help me; they said it was a glitch in the computer as if I were 5 year old and thought I’d believe that. After 15 minutes trying to find the last permanent color that I purchased last, both girls at the register were on the phone with their supervisor not until 2 minutes before they closed. They all talk as if I’m not there. They rudely communicate that the store is now closed and to come back tomorrow as if it’s easy for me to do that. I’m not from here and won’t have a car tomorrow. Overall, it is too long to include everything here. I suggest they have better training and knowledge.

Excellent place to find hair coloring products and nail and eye lash accessories. This is a very small shop that targets specific needs and probably a supplier for hairdressers, so it lacks variety and options that are found at larger beauty stores. Don't go here looking for makeup, sunscreen, or lotion choices. Three aisles and then you're done shopping.
