Not very happy with the girl I dealt with today. She told me im not allowed to purchase unicorn bleach 40 vol. Because im not licensed. I have never in my years of buying from sallys have ever been told I couldn't buy that product. And if its for licensed professionals then maybe mark those products.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this location and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. Hailey was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, assisting me in finding exactly what I needed. The selection was excellent, and the service was impeccable. The store was exceptionally clean and organized, much better than other Sally’s locations I’ve visited. I left very satisfied with my purchases and look forward to returning. I am now a loyal customer of this location.

Id give it 0 stars but it won’t let me… I paid over 200$ for extensions they told me that can be styled and colored. So why when I colored my extensions they didn’t take, and they were falling apart? I later looked it up and it was synthetic hair… that doesn’t color… So they have inexperienced employees and the hair is non refundable.
