Walked into an empty store with two ladies just talking to each other up front. Looked at me as i walked in and said nothing! Not even greeted, felt super uncomfortable even being in there. Grabbed my developer and brought it up to register where i also was not greeted. Not sure who exactly manages this location but the older lady with the pink hair was extremely unprofessional and rude. Seemed like she was training someone too😬

Kriss and spencer are amazing I went in tonight to get new sheers to fix my daughters hair during a hair cutting miss hap with there abundance in knowledge in what products would work best I was able to save my child’s dignity and not have to cut her hair into a masculine hair style. Which isn’t what my child wanted so thank you again !!!

I wish I had gotten the name of the two ladies that helped me yesterday! So incredibly kind and helpful and reassuring for someone who has never dyed her own hair before (I did it and it looks great BTW!). Some of the best customer service. Thanks so much!

The store was what you'd expect from a typical Sally’s Beauty, but what stood out was the customer service. The lady in the store was very helpful, even though we didn’t need assistance. It’s always nice to see friendly staff!

I've been going to the Latham store for decades. They had cosmetics 1/2 off. Rang up is full price. Said they were not going to honor. was clearly marked said he/she did not and was not going to honor. Said there was no manager to speak to so I called another store and when they spoke to this employee would not stay in the vicinity but I did catch the employee stating that only some of them that I brought up had the sticker which was a complete lie. So long story short the other store informed disappointed to give me the discount which was given the amount I was buying. Extremely poor customer service
