I went into my local Sally’s beauty and had the lovely experience of meeting the store manager Alice. I was so confused on what I needed and the color I should be doing, (I had a bad box hair dye experience) and Alice was so on point with EVERYTHING. I trusted Alice’s knowledge of all hair products but also for the honesty I received. Alice's experience and knowledge of every single product was again, above and beyond the costumer service I expected or normally receive. I was still looking for other things and Alice was right there to assist. I will never go anywhere else having met Alice!

I ordered darkest brown root touch up they end up sending me medium brown!! I went thru UBER EATS n this is wat I got when I ordered something different. This is not right. People don't have cars to be going back and forth to the store due to someone else's mistake.

I just recently had my hair done professionally, going from platinum blonde to a deep cowboy copper/darker copper look. When I did this, I knew full well that I would have to do the upkeep after the initial salon appointment because my hair grows fast and it comes in white (at 53...sigh). After only about three weeks the white re-growth was coming in fast :( so I went up to the local Sally's in Clayton asking for help(!) I was able to connect with two very helpful employees there (Cira and Leef) who not only were willing to help me figure out the best products to get but also told me they were excited to help me as they loved figuring these types of scenarios out. I took their advice and got the Ion products suggested along with a couple of other add-ons and went home and took the plun

I have been considering making this review for a while and I figured what time better than now. I have been coming to this store for years and I have noticed an exponential change since the new manager started. I met Erica on her second week at this store and I have never felt more confident in the products I bought. Ever since that day, I go into the store and it looks better than it ever did. The employees seem so much happier than with any past manager. They seem much more confident and educated underneath Erica’s leadership. I have only ever seen understanding and respect for all the girls from her and I am happy to give this store my business because of her. If this company ever loses her it will be a great loss on their part. Thank you Erica and all the girls of the Clayton store. Yo

If you would like to be literally escorted round the store while your're trying to buy hair dye come here. Even after politely declining the offered help. For someone to literally offer to be your personal shopping basket and hold your things and then proceeds to walk with you around the whole store . Then hey come here for the grand ole treatment. It's was painfully obvious what she and by she I mean Lydia. The personal shopper that I never asked for. Perceived my intentions to be. I continued to be graceful, as I refused to even lower myself enough to meet her at her moronic level. Absolutely horrible do better‼️
