Meadow is AWESOME! She has SO much product knowledge and she was incredibly gracious and kind. Unbelievably personable, great style and she helped my fiancé make good, healthy choices. What an asset Meadow is to this establishment! We got more than we came in for, but Meadow made us feel like it was money well spent. Thank you again Meadow!

Horrible Customer Service!! I bought product from them back in March, the beginning of Covid. I bought too much and came back the next day to return. They informed they had changed the policy and that they weren't accepting returns then. However the manager assured me to hang on to the receipt and product because they would eventually begin accepting returns again. I check back a few weeks later, STILL not accepting returns. Then the store closed for a period of time in April, and honestly The return fell to the back of my mind. I went in today to finally process the return, they informed me that I waited too long and that they could only give me in-store credit.. Annoying. It just goes to show that you cant trust word of mouth even from a manager. Both employees were rude and the one kept

Sally Beauty is a great store to pick up anything beauty related; hair, nails, skin, you name it. Shelby at this location is the absolute greatest! I came in not really knowing what I needed but knowing I wanted to put more life in my dull hair. While looking at hair color Shelby came up to make sure I was doing okay and as I let on to her why I was in and started asking her some questions, she answered all my questions and happily gave me an even better suggestion of product over coloring my hair! Went home to try it out and Shelby could not have been more on the money! Thank you so much Shelby, my hair looks awesome.

Biggest and best stocked Sally in the area. Employees are very knowledgeable. I always get good quality hair products at a great price.
