Just came here at 5:35pm to get some hair dye before my trip & doors are locked. Hours stated on door are 6pm on sundays? Nobody there to pick up the phone. Cannot go to a different Sally’s in time before they ACTUALLY close. SMH

Came in to do a return on an online purchase of 2 flat irons , to very rude and dismissive employees. Refused to help or offer to do anything , had attitude problems and tried to intimidate me that they might call police. Jasmine and Taylor and another who didn’t have a name tag. I’ve been a loyal Sally’s customer over 30 years but I’m done now. Took like over a hour and I had to call corporate for them to do their job and they yelled thank you with an attitude .

It's a shame that the gaming scene has almost entirely turned to digital exchanges. I think we have passed the golden age of the video game experience. I remember waiting outside this exact location for Call of Duty 4. Perhaps I'm blinded by the nostalgia, but this slot will always hold a special place in my heart.

Hello Sallys! I've shopped at your store for several years. Today was the first time someone actually greeted me with "Good morning, is there something I can help you with? Then she walked over to me & began telling me about the sales, products & what was best for what I wanted. I truly appreciated her sweet spirit & helpfulness!! Her name was Lauryn! Reese 😊 A happy customer!!

Today I had the pleasure to shop at this Canal Winchester Sally’s Beauty. Associates Lauryn and Aran were helpful, professional and so friendly. They changed my opinion of Sally’s after a negative experience at another Sally’s store. Kuddos to Lauryn and Aran. You are lucky to have them on your team and are assets to your company. Thank you Lauryn and Aran for your excellent customer service!! It is so refreshing to receive good customer service these days. I also sent an email to headquarters commending Lauryn and Aran. 👍
