Angelina at Rumors Salon in Latham did an amazing job with my daughter’s haircut! She truly cares about her clients and is so knowledgeable about hair, layering, and styling. From start to finish, she was friendly, patient, and professional — the entire experience was wonderful. Absolutely loved my nail tech. Funny and fun, down to Earth, kind and welcoming. My nails are pretty good. Just got home and took these pics. A couple spots aren’t covered fully or are splotchy / smudged (especially the blue) and I’m pretty sad about it for the price; overall it was a positive experience.

I had the best experience and would highly recommend! I called at 4pm looking for a last minute appointment and they were able to get me in the same day at 7pm. The woman who booked the appointment over the phone was extremely nice and pleasant to deal with. Maureen was my hair stylist and she was a pleasure to meet. I will absolutely be continuing to go back to Maureen. She took her time with my hair and made sure it was exactly what I wanted. She even offered to help me style my natural hair and I appreciated that greatly. Thank you so much!!

Let's start with the salon, ELEGANCE. It felt like I was in a Los Angeles hair studio for celebrities. Gorgeous paint, set up, and mirrors. I was taken as soon as I walked in. I chose Dale as my stylist when I booked online, and she was a perfect match. The scalp massage during the shampoo was heavenly. The haircut is absolutely stunning. The layers, framing, and fringe are literal perfection. Thank you Dale, and Rumors for this experience.

Such an unfortunate experience. I have been a long time client of this salon, receiving multiple high quality services with no issues. Saturday a staff member who claimed to have been cutting hair since 2019 cut my hair and it was such a disaster that she tried to hand the scissors off to another stylist who refused. My stylist was able to get a different stylist to come in and help but the damage was already done. I ultimately spoke with management who made a plan to have my hair tweaked and styled by one of their more senior stylists the following day (Sunday). Sunday morning I received an email saying my appointment was canceled. I called to follow up and was moved to a different day with a different stylist.
