Royal Nails

It wasn't busy when we got there and Im kinda wondering if it is because of how long they took to do one manicure. Normally I'm uses to only taking 20-30 minutes for an acrylic full set. But here it took 45 minutes to an hour. Although it seems the nail technician was paying very close attention to detail. More so than any normal technician I only ended up with a decent manicure. Also I find it concerning that my nail technician didn't wear a mask only because she spent so much time filing and shaping my nails. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're going for a quick trip to the nail salon.

If you really want to have at least a decent set of nails don’t go here. I got there a little after 12 on a Wednesday afternoon and was the only customer in the shop. The woman behind the desk took about 2 mins to get off the phone and greet me. She finally told me where I could sit but later decided to let her sister do my nails because she was too busy on the phone. Her sister greeted me and was nice but did a terrible job on my nails. You would’ve thought she was new. She knew she messed up and kept going. I’m having a black owned shop fix them tomorrow. Never going back DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!! Last Friday, I had my nails done, but unfortunately one of them is already coming off. I returned to have it repaired, only to be informed that there would be a 40-minute wait despite only a couple of customers present at the time. I stopped by to get a medi and pedi. No one recognized my presence by speaking or asking me what I needed. I know it's a small nail shop but at least greet customers as they enter. It was 3 workers in there and they never stopped to acknowledge me.
