Heaven Nails

I said I wasn’t coming back after previously receiving overly thick gel nails, but I decided to give Heaven Nails another chance. I paid $142 for a manicure, pedicure, and eyelashes. Two days later, the polish was already coming off several of my toes. I called and spoke with Lin, and she told me to come in when I returned to town. I travel often, so I’m not always back the next day. I took photos with timestamps the day I noticed the issue. When I returned, there was a wait due to Valentine’s weekend, which I understood. However, I was questioned about why I didn’t come the next day and told that only my big toes needed to be redone. That wasn’t accurate — polish was missing from other toes as you can see. Daniel is always amazing, but do not get your eyebrows done!! The first time I had ever gotten them done was this week at this salon she literally she pulled a layer of skin off pictures below!! They literally only have four stars from me because Daniel. He always does a great job and I literally always ask for him.

If the place opens at 9 why aren’t all your workers there? I went in to get brows tinted. The girl told me wait 10 mins. 10 went past and they are saying the person is on the way. Now it’s 9:30 nobody shows up. I just walked out because why are we all casually on our phone like you don’t have a customer? Why not post the time frame the brow lady is there?

I have been coming here for years and this is the best nail shop I’ve been to! Lin gets my nails right every time and I have nothing but positive experiences when I come. I definitely recommend them.
