"I went in on this pass Friday night to get my nails done. Hannah, a sweet person, did my toes, and another gentleman handled my fill-in. Unfortunately, he didn’t polish the sides of my nails properly; he only added a light coat and used a thin polish around the edges. Although he did polish the back and sides, my hands look like they haven't been done in two weeks, and it's only been four days. I called the manager today to discuss my concerns about my nails, and she said I could come in. However, after work, I began feeling unwell and called to inform her, but she mentioned that there would be a charge since I didn’t arrive. Manager was rude and disrespectful when I told her she was being too rough. I had my nails done, toenail color change and eyebrows shaped up on July 3, 2025. She was rushing and basically “sawing my nails”. My cuticles have cuts, open areas and are infected. I have pictures of how my nails looked a few hours after leaving, and the days following. I have been applying antibiotic ointment and wearing gloves. Cannot touch anything, put my hand in my purse, or use my keyboard. This is very painful. Only gave 1 star. No lower stars to chose from.

The person that did my nails cried my entire set. She was shaky and her work displayed it. I originally had her do black french tips with a heart on my ring finger. The french tip was not neat at all, the heart was huge, and sloppy shaping. I spoke with someone else who was willing to fix it once i left her chair, but she insisted on fixing it. She stopped someone else set just to do mine. However, she handled me so aggressively that once she took the paint off, I got up and left. Worse I have ever experienced and now I still need my nails done because this is incomplete.

Pleasantly surprised! I was nervous to go because of the reviews but I ended up here! I went in for a pedicure and manicure with gel polish. It was a pretty good experience. I was very much surprised by fresh squeezed oranges on my legs but it felt great and smelled really good. The manicure was super basic but got the job done. It’s a bit pricey also and they charge to use your card.

I had a young guy on 11/24 who did a good job on my toes! When he started on my fingernails, one of them started bleeding. He tried to continue by adding a fake nail while blood is dripping from my finger. I told him, “No, that’s an open womb and do not touch that nail until it stops bleeding. He was rough and attempting to rush, which is why I bled in the beginning. I can’t remember his name, BUT IF I CHOOSE TO VISIT AGAIN I WILL NOT BE USING HIM! Patience is key when it comes to customer service….don’t rush me to get paid!
