I had an amazing experience at this salon! I was EXTREMELY nervous going in because my hair is veryyyyyy coarse. They say it’s 4C, but it feels like 4Z. Let’s just say I left with hair like I just got a fresh relaxer and I didn’t. She met my nervousness with so much skill, patience, and care, even though I’m sure I gave her a hard time lol. She was very considerate with my cut and only trimmed exactly what I was comfortable with, which meant a lot. You can truly tell this is her passion. Watching her move confidently and effortlessly through many heads in the shop was impressive. On top of her talent, she has a great personality with good humor, which made the entire appointment enjoyable and relaxing. The salon itself is beautiful with gorgeous scenery that adds to the calm atmosphere.

🚨 Long Post Alert, But Worth The Read 🚨 Prior to becoming a client of Sonia’s, I had been wearing my hair in a protective style for at least three consecutive years without allowing it a break.
