Caleb is a great massage therapist. He takes time to listen to my concerns and tailors the sessions to what my body needs. He went above and beyond by researching a procedure I had and how the scar tissue could be contributing to my current pain to understand and hep me the best he could. After just 2 sessions my pain has diminished significantly. Added bonus that I leave feeling relaxed and refreshed every time!

Caleb does a great job of finding the problem areas, noticing differences/imbalances in muscles and spots that could be contributing to pain/dysfunction. I've noticed improvements in my overall tension and mobility which I'm happy about! Caleb has given very helpful suggestions of ways I can strengthen and stretch to help balance muscle differences. I feel like massage gives me more body awareness in my day to day life as well
