We are very happy with our experience at this Regus location since we moved in early this year. The community is great, and Kendell has been very helpful from the moment we moved in. The staff does its best to make everyone comfortable, and the center is always clean. Highly recommended.
They seem very nice when you sign up, but they never get their billing straight then when you want out of your contract they refuse and continue to bill and then send you to collections. You are crazy if you sign up with Regus. They did absolutely nothing for us and we have been trying for a year to get out of our contract
The Place look great from the lobby to the office. However the Management is beyond worse. They know very little about their customer and very little about their job. I would stay far away from this base on our experience. Not to say their staff turn over happen almost every month. Their is very little of training and knowledge transfer hence the issue list above. It is not a staff problem but rather management.
The office is great. I’m a desk user that comes in from time to time. This area is quiet and the office generally has space every time I come in. Kendall is a rock star and the highlight of the office visit.
No business with Regus, they have hidden fees.
