Service is normally great at this location, but today when I went, I asked for short ombre acrylics and I did not receive that. I showed them a reference picture and it was not close at all. Of course, we should never expect an exact replica but I am disappointed because I love this salon and come here a lot. Below I will show the reference picture and the actual nails. UPDATE: I went again to get a gel-x service, and my original technician, JULIE (also the same person who did the original nails below) had terrible customer service. Even though she asked for my feedback, she completely disregarded me and continued along. Then, when I expressed my disappointment, she became rude and started to raise her voice. We love our experiences at Bliss Nail Salon! My friend drives all the way out from Northern Virginia every month so we can do this together, even though there are many salons that would be at a nicer midpoint for us. First, we love the ambiance. It has warm lighting and fixtures, with plants and wood tones to create an earthy feel. There is no bright, direct lighting on customers. The space is nicely broken up so it feels cozy and more private, and they even make an effort to find us two chairs together tucked into a little corner so we don’t disturb others if we chat. We have also loved every technician and had a great experience with all of the artists on staff. We never worry if we can’t sign up with a favorite because we can trust that anyone will give us a great experience. Highly r

First time at this salon. Classic pedicure was fine. Took about 30 minutes. Toenails were pretty short to start with and no polish on them. pedicurist was a bit too aggressive cutting the cuticles . I had to ask her to stop. Quick massage with scrub and lotion. Then polish Tried to use $50 gift card purchased online for pedicure ($43 ) + $7 tip. Manager said tip had to be in cash which would have left me $7 on the gift card. Not sure I will return to use the balance. Told manager daughter spent $50 to purchase gift sard and I should be able to use entire amount today. They gladly took the $50 and should gladly apply the $7 balance toward the tip. Mgr finally agree to apply full $50 but said tech would only get $4 tip because of the way they split gift card purchases. The whole transaction

I had such a great experience today! Kim did my pedicure and was incredibly attentive, respectful, and detail-oriented. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and everything felt very clean and well cared for, which I truly appreciated. Alison at the front desk was warm, welcoming, and so kind from the moment I walked in, which made the experience even better. The environment was clean, relaxing, and inviting—exactly what you hope for when treating yourself. I genuinely enjoyed my visit and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Evy did a fabulous job doing my nails. She did it on professional level that i never see from other salon. The staffs were so pleasant and friendly! Everyone looks so happy with great vibes around salon!
