I have been taking my 2 sons to Bibi for years. She is great! They love coming here, getting the balloon, and seeing Bibi. Very good with boys hair.

Great experience for my son’s first haircut. Patty made him feel comfortable and put him at ease. We really appreciated her kindness and patience. Thanks for making the first cut a positive and memorable experience.

The facility is good and there are some good hair stylists there, but AVOID PATTY. She's not very good with children and does not work well with children. She was rude and unpleasant with our young daughter. We've had good experiences with other stylists there in the past, but this was unacceptable. Upon giving feedback, sarcastic response with asking if we want to cut the hair ourselves followed by exasperated rudeness.

The building is cute for kids to play while they wait, but that’s where our good experience ends. We drove up to see Ms Bibi because she came recommended from family members as being good with kids who don’t like getting their hair cut. We had an appointment but when we walked in they seemed annoyed to see us. My son (20 months old) sat in the chair, and I told her that he had had one haircut before with just scissors and was fine, and that I didn’t think he would like the clippers. She then said ‘maybe I’ll push my luck today’ but I didn’t quite realize what she meant. She asked if there was a toy I had for him to hold, and I went out to the car to get it. We had a great experience! Bibi was our stylist. It was my son’s first haircut and we knew he was going to be a tough one to handle. We did a walk-in and Bibi was very kind to accept us as her last clients of the day even though the salon was closing. Though my son cried the entire time, she still managed to give him a great haircut and made him look so cute! Her banter made us laugh and her calmness while cutting his hair gave us relief that she knew what she was doing. The ambiance of the salon was perfect for kids with many incentives for them to relax (or at least try to relax!).
