Reds Lochouse

I was clear about the service I wanted, but it wasn’t done correctly and my concerns weren’t addressed when I asked for it to be fixed. The atmosphere also felt unwelcoming after I chose a different stylist than the owner. Unfortunately, I left unhappy with both the service and the overall experience

The attitude I received from owner felt biased and unprofessional. I’m going to report the experience so it can be addressed.

Owner is rude it seems very entitled

I've been coming here for my loc maintenance for about a year now, and the experience continues to be great. I appreciate Red's focus on hair health. They took the time to educate me on proper care early on so I can maintain my locs between appointments. The environment is friendly, and I appreciate that Red focuses solely on my hair the entire time. No time is wasted. 10/10 would recommend for loc extensions, styles, and colors.
