Had such a great appointment with Lindsay today for a haircut and blow dry. It was helpful to talk ideas for hair care and when to get a balayage leading up to my wedding next year. Grateful for all the advice and suggestions. The entire team was really kind and knowledgeable. I look forward to trying out other skincare services! Highly recommend Lindsay! She was so easy to have a conversation with.

My two kids & I were very happy customers of this salon for 10 wonderful years. Between their hair, skin, brow, event makeup, & nail services, we were in the salon on a very regular basis and were happy with every service we ever received. Unfortunately, after some staffing, management, and booking software changes we started to have major issues with frequent appointment cancellations. I tried to explain to management on multiple occasions that I kept having appointment cancellations but they wouldn’t work with me to find the source of the problem so we moved on to a more reliable salon. If you can get the appointment system to work for you, this is a great place. I need to book my appointments a year in advance which apparently doesn’t work well with their new system. The Mane Escape provided bridal/wedding hairstyles for myself (bride), my mom, and my wedding party. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The salon was very helpful in scheduling us all well in advance of the wedding day, scheduling a hair trial for me, and accommodating allergies I have to certain hair products. We were all delighted with how beautifully everyone's hair turned out

Mane Escape is a top notch hair salon in Concord, MA. Their stylists are skilled, professional and very friendly. I've been a client of Julie's for 5 years. She did a remarkable job in 2018 of determining how I/we were going to manage the 2" shaved strip of hair (from ear to ear) from my brain surgery. I never could have made it through that difficult time without her guidance and expertise. She's incredible!!
