Last night, I had the most incredible facial with Pallavi Malnati, and it’s clear why she is a Master Esthetician. From the moment I walked into her beautiful space, I felt the stress of the week melt away. Pallavi’s 15 years of expertise truly shine through in her technique; she has a way of making the treatment feel both deeply therapeutic and incredibly relaxing. My skin has never looked more radiant, and the entire experience was a testament to the high standards she sets for her team. If you are looking for the perfect blend of professional skincare and pure tranquility, I cannot recommend Pallavi and her expert team enough!

Laura did a great job with my lash lift and tint today! It was quiet and relaxing, which is hard to say when someone is working so closely to your eyes. It was easy to get an appointment the same week. I look forward to trying out facials next.

My facial was so incredibly relaxing and Pallavi is just the best. She so calming and soothing and her fingers are magic when she massages my scalp and hands. My skin feels phenomenal and so hydrated!! I love the facials at Hidden Gem!

The spa has ample parking. The atmosphere is inviting and relaxing. Staff is so nice and where else can you go to see lil Nemo swimming around? So cute! Plus, Jailene is the BEST!

I have been so many times. Consistently Lana has provided exception services and just overall been wonderful. I have gotten Brazilian waxes from her 10+ times and always been perfect. Laura has performed awesome and my lash lift and tint turned out perfect i’ll attach some images
