On 01/03/2026, As a first time customer, First Lady treated me like the last lady. I politely explained my dissatisfaction with the pedicure and asked her fix it while I sat in the chair. She rushed and gaslit me from start to finish with nonesense excuses, which indicated it was a money grab and they were not interested in having me as a return client. The fact she was more than ok with the end result was baffling and insulting. I wasn't mad, I wanted to cry. The last customers to come in for the evening was a mother, daughter and they could hear me pleading with the nail tech. They heard the sadness and disappointment in my voice from the waiting area. I’ve lived in the area for 8 years, and Kay is the absolute BEST at nails. Her attention to detail is impeccable and as a result my manicures/pedicures usually last 3-4x longer than other salons. Additionally, Kay has been extremely kind with fixing a one off chip that I caused. I love their easy online scheduling. Got acrylic removal and gel manicure… 50 dollars and the acrylics were taken off aggressively with a nail cutter damaging my long natural nails. Had to cut them short and the gel manicure didn’t include any cuticle care, and my cuticles and skin were actually painted over. It is extremely uncomfortable and I will be going to a different nail salon tomorrow to fix the mess.

First Lady Nails is my favorite salon!! I've been seeing Kay and Lilly for years now for dip manicures and pedicures and they do an amazing job every time. They have a really reasonably priced deluxe pedicure and my dip manicure easily lasts 3 weeks every time. Lily and Kay both work incredibly hard and are careful following what I'm looking for while also ensuring I maintain good nail and feet/hand care -- would highly recommend!
