Worst ever I will never go back. I was referred to fanta. I got some knotless. She stop doing my hair to do a customer 2 feed in. lied and said she forgot she had an appointment. If she did she was late. This was my first time going to this place. I told her u messed up your tip for that. When she was done she was like please come back she sorry blah blah. Ok second time call there and ask for an appointment with fanta the lady said ok come at 12. Get there I said I have an with fanta. The lady said ok sit here. Fanta didnt say anything and was going to let another lady do my hair that I didnt ask for. I ask who in charge no one want to talk. Fanta said she have 4 more people . I said so what about my appointment I made. No response. I will never go back there. Poor customer service so dis

Requested medium box braids mid back with the knots, they gave me small-medium knotless braids down to my butt. It’s NOT what I asked for. Bathroom is repulsive—the urine smell is strong and it’s not clean. Victoria did my hair so well and was considerate, however, the person she had helping her was so rude, very rough with my hair even after I told her I was tender-headed, and she had a nasty attitude when I tried to speak up for myself. This WAS my go-to spot but it’s time to find another place. I’m sorry, but I won’t be back.

I’m really upset that I don’t have the other lady’s name but Miriam 2, Heidi and that woman would be the only women in there that I’d ever let near my daughters scalp but I promise you, I highly doubt I’d take her back there. The attitudes are horrible for the place to be in such shambles. The smell of urine or mold, maybe both, permeates through the entire establishment. I have found a more suitable gallery. I used to come here years ago and the quality of service was much better but Heidi only did my hair then so I could not really vouch for everyone else to be honest. Never again!!!!!

Shop is in DESPERATE need of a deep clean. But I’m happy every time I leave, ask for Miriam she is so sweet and never misses! I’ve only gone to her, she’s the best and I recommend her to people all the time because I’m always getting compliments.

I went to Princess hair braiding for the first and the last time. My experience was not the best. I asked for jumbo passion twist ( I paid $185 in cash-$15 tip on my card) I was given regular jumbo twist without the correct hair used. Sidenote-my receipt only shows the amount paid on my card and not the total amount. So, DONT PAY IN CASH IF YOU WANT TO TRACK YOUR FULL AMOUNT PAID. Something I didn't notice until the end. The style was so tight and uncomfortable, like seriously pulling. Also, they didn't have any hair aprons on any of the clients to protect us from the loose hair, I asked for a mirror to see the results while sitting down, I was told to use my phone camera or stand and look at the wall mirror.
