Nice clean store but no restrooms. I have an health problem and need go often. I thought it was a law that you have a bathroom if it a large store. Yes, I didn't make it to the bathroom in time. I was very embarrassed.

I paid for hair, a within minutes decided to get another cut. They refused to honor my receipt unless I join their membership. Whaaat? The signed in the store says with receipt exchange or store credit.

Pay attention to the prices. I have shopped here before with no problem. However, today I went to buy some shea butter, and the shelf was marked at $11.99 clearly. When I went to check out, it rang up at $14.99. I told the cashier, and then I told the owner/manager. He said "Price go up." I said "That's false advertisement. You should honor the price you posted." He kept saying, "Price go up." That's the last time I will shop there. It's a shame that we can't get decent customer service in a black community. Update: I went to another store 5 minutes away and found a similar item for $7.99. When I told the cashier about my experience at this store, she IMMEDIATELY knew which store I referenced without me having to tell her. Came in to return somethings and was told by staff they don't do returns, exchanges or store credit even though the items were unopened, the purchase was made 24 hours prior and I had the original receipt. They were not on sale and were regular hair products.
