Pleasant Nails & Spa

I walked in and there were plenty of people working, with lots of work stations. I did call in and book an appointment for an acrylic overlay and a deluxe pedicure, but it wasn't necessary. The woman that did my nails was extremely efficient and did an amazing job. I came in with a picture of the design I wanted, and she nailed it! My deluxe pedicure with paraffin wax and hit stones was very relaxing too. I also liked the cleanliness of the place and that it didn't take me 2 hours to get everything done. I give it 10 stars!

Ive never given any business a poor review. Worst experience. I was one of first people to arrive. Towels were dirty with build up nail crusts. Was served by Andy who told me my pedicure and nails would be $155. As i asked him to break the price down. His attitude changed. I explained I wanted a classic pedicure and manicure no gel no acrylic. He rolls his eyes. I received a very messy $45 manicure as you can see from the photo. I had to put on my own lotion for the dust left on my hand.When i asks how much was my manicure, he roles his eyes and points at me i told you, $45 he said for acrylic removal and gel. I dont understand the attitude to answer a question

Nothing pleasant about Ti Na. I went for my bi-weekly appointment but had to cut it short when Ti Na drilled so deep into my thumb nail that the meat was exposed underneath, so I had to leave with raggedy nails. As of lately, I had been getting the dip powder, because I like the variety of the selection and found it to last longer than regular gel. Ti Na wasn't the best and on a few occasions, not very good, but I kept giving her a chance. She is lazy and watches TV on her cellphone, which is dangerous when she is constantly distracted with a drill in her hand. All of the nail salons that I have gone to, soak the dip powder off, but Ti Na lazily filed it down with the drill and just kept putting new powder on top of the old. I just don’t get paying $130 for services and coming out with absolutely terrible nails set. And they always want to argue when you tell them it’s not what you want. They don’t listen and just want to rush to next customer.

The only nail salon I go to. Clean, owner is very kind, the whole staff is. They always do an amazing job and very good attention to detail. Vickii is amazing! Got my eyelashes done here as well and she did not disappoint beautiful work in every aspect 😄 love all the staff
