This was my 3rd time coming here first 2 visits never had a issue and trust me that is the was my last time after the service I received let’s start off by saying the hair wash was not good she did not my comb my hair through the hair wash my hair was still tangled! My blowout was going good until she got to the top of my head ! I told her multiple times she burning my hair!! And she did not care !!! She was getting the hear protection in my eye I told her 2 times she did not care I told her don’t touch my hair she started talking in her language about me and put on her coat and left out the door ! And the other lady that took over didn’t care for my hair as well she started spraying water in my hair and blowing it out when she know my hair is already damaged my hair is burnt and the smel

Every time I go here the price always changes for the same exact service. I used to love going here because it's down the street from my house. I brought my own leave in conditioner and she charged me 5 dollars because she put my daughter under the dryer. For a leave in conditioner????!!!! Then she LIED and said I told her to put my daughter under the dryer!!! For a leave in conditioner? I pray this business shuts down for good. Horrible!!!! $45 for a wash and blow out with my leave in conditioner!!!!????? This place is highway robbery. Adios!! I won't be going back

Worst experience, I’ve been coming here and didn’t realized until recently they’ve been burning my hair off from the roots. It started in the back of my head and recently they burned off the front. Now my hair is thinner with a bunch of short pieces less than 1 inch while the rest of my hair is to my shoulders. I only noticed last time because everytime I combed my hair after leaving huge clumps of hair was coming out in the comb and my hair smelled burned for weeks every after rewashing and spraying it

The customer service is awful . I came here on a sunday and told a lady with red hair the service that I wanted & she answered in a weird way saying that they close at 2 pm on a Sunday and that its only two of them as if she didnt want to do my hair. My thing is why have a salon if you wanna be lazy and not do someone hair? Now i will never come back here again & I was a loyal customer with them for years.

I've been visiting here for years! Never let down. Some familiar faces and attentive staff. Jackie went back to Dominica when I visited last year! When I'll visit after not being there for a while, I would prefer her to do my hair since she will remember the face of a long time customer and make sure everything is right... but everyone else is still good though.
