Honestly amazing service! I was surprised they had the cutest little drink menu with specialty drinks at no charge while you get your service. Teiler and Lacy (I think?) were amazing! My hair has never looked so amazing in the years I’ve gone to salons. They have a customer as long as I live in Manhattan. They were so professional, sweet, and accommodating. I can’t express more how impressed I was during & after my appointment.

Tielor did an amazing job on my haircut and bangs! It was my first time at this salon and I was a little nervous, but she immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. She was so sweet, positive, and knowledgeable, gave great hair care tips and product recommendations, and she happily answered all my questions. The whole experience was wonderful, and I absolutely love my hair. I highly recommend her!

My first thought experience going in was a welcome sign outside the door for “new guests” and it had my name on it. That immediately made me smile. When I walked in, I was greeted immediately and then offered a menu for their beverage bar! Everyone was so nice and always smiling. I absolutely LOVE my hair and I got so many compliments when I left and showed people!

I had a wonderful first visit at Platinum and Co! As someone with natural very curly hair, I was hesitant with trying out a new place! I can confidently say that I had a great visit! Allexis was very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job on my hair! I cannot wait to return! I even got 20% off all retail items since I was a new client! Such a great and welcoming atmosphere.

This was my first time receiving services here and it was fantastic! The salon was clean and lots of products to look at while you wait. Not to mention a drink menu! My hair color turned out perfect and exactly what I needed!
