There were so many workers but no one seemed to be helping anyone and today the store was packed. Line was all the way down the cosmetics aisle. But the ladies doing register were getting people checked out fast. But they never made me feel rushed. They worked with a smile on their face. I enjoy going here.

Employees will racially profile you. Just because you are brown or black does not mean you are going to steal anything. Me and my friend were followed the entire time we were in the store. Customers should not feel uncomfortable while shopping. Shame on you Ulta. Do better.

The store is always clean and well organized, which I appreciate. However, the staff isn’t always very friendly or helpful, and that can make the shopping experience less enjoyable at times.

Whenever I go to Ulta in Manhattan. All the associates are always helpful. One associate in particular, Luke is awesome. Every time he gets me together, he matches my color to perfection. He gives options of the best way to apply the make up and which makeup tools to use. He also suggests great perfume scents as well. Thank you Luke

Very frustrating that if you want them to look up your card for a purchase they require an ID after you enter all security info, but to use the card in store they never ask for an ID to verify it's your Ulta card. Maybe reevaluate your policies. Had to come to town for business and thought I'd swing in and make a return and a purchase, but unfortunately left home in a hurry and forgot my wallet and could not complete the transaction or return because there was a balance for the return/exchange. Walked out and will probably cancel my card for this business.
