I can’t recommend Jen at Renew Spa and Fitness enough! She's been my nail tech for 2 years and every visit is such a treat — the atmosphere is welcoming, relaxing, and spotless. Jen has an incredible eye for detail and always takes the time to make sure my nails are perfect. She listens to what I want, offers creative ideas, and somehow makes them turn out even better than I imagined. The quality of her work speaks for itself: my nails last, look flawless, and I constantly get compliments. Absolutely amazing experience! The owners & staff are beyond friendly & informative of all the services they provide! I will definitely be going back for another BrainTap session, Ionic Foot Detox, & to use the Red-Light Therapy bed again. Also, this is the go to place for fabulous nail & pedi appointments with my girl, Jenn! I look forward to booking some workout sessions as well. I had such an amazing experience with the cryoslimming session. In just one sessions I saw such a good result and felt so much better leaving than when I did walking in. Kerstin made the experience so relaxing, comfortably and enjoyable. Will definitely be back asap!

ReNew Spa and Fitness has a little bit of everything! The gym may be small, but it's packed with great equipment and an amazing trainer. Their nail tech is top-notch, and there are plenty of other spa services to choose from. My personal favorite is the infrared sauna and the red light therapy bed—both are so relaxing and rejuvenating. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help. Highly recommend checking it out!
