I had an incredible experience at this store with Lauren. She is absolutely so knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to the products. I placed several online orders for pick up and she had them ready so quickly it was extremely impressive and appreciated. She was so kind and welcoming when I went in that I will continue to make the drive to shop at this specific location because of how amazing and helpful Lauren has been. She is truly an asset to this company and definitely has the skills and knowledge to at the very least manage a store. Thank you again to Lauren for making my shopping experience there so pleasant.

I met a young lady named Adriana at the Manhattan Town Center Kansas store this young lady was so wonderful with her knowledge of all the products and where everything was. I was only going to purchase a few things but her hospitality had me purchase more than I expected to purchase she was so sweet I believe this young lady would be such a wonderful leader for you company. You done very well with this young lady I believe this young lady will go far with you company. She is such a special lady that she should be recognized for her work! I have a love hate relationship with this store and nothing really todo with the employees or anything bad with the store itself. I just get bad headaches with all the smells at once. Love the candles they have great smells (cant smell to many) but they also have the plugins for every scent ... awesome! (I dont go in during Christmas. ) still a great store with great employees.. with great products when by themselves.
