I came in with extremely matted, extra‑curly hair that most stylists would have rushed through or been intimidated by—but not Rebecca. She was incredible from start to finish. She was unbelievably patient, gentle, and professional, taking her time to detangle my hair without causing pain or damage. Her calm, fun personality made the whole process feel easy, and I felt completely cared for the entire time. I rarely post negative reviews but after 2 poor experiences at this Salon, I want to forewarn other folks. Twice now, the Sylist cancelled my appointment on 2 Saturdays just 1 hour before my appointment time. No phone call nor attempt to book me with another stylist, just a text through their appt system. Maybe this salon is OK Mon- Fri. But I won't be a patron of Ping Segars any longer. I'm new to Canton & look forward to finding a reputable salon, this is such a lovely city!

Would NEVER recommend this salon for a haircut. I decided to try this salon to treat my self after reading so many wonderful reviews but am still shocked and saddened at my experience here. I paid for a haircut and blowdry, but was somehow in my stylist's chair for less than 10 minutes. She said she cuts hair better dry so I told her to go for it thinking she would wash and blowdry after. Not at all! She cuts my hair which is by far the choppiest, botched job I've ever received. I ask for a pretty straight forward cut: a trim of the dead ends, face framing layers and additional layers to add dimension throughout my hair. She took like 2 or 3 sections pulled them in front of my face and cut. She did not take into account my side part and now my face framing strands are not even close to eve

I have been using Ping Segars Salon for over 10 years, and love everyone there. All the stylists are professional, friendly, and absolutely worth however long/far a drive it takes to get there. Ping is my stylist and I highly recommend her, as well as every other member of the Salon team.

Jaylee is an amazing stylist and always does a great job on my hair. The entire shop is built around comfort and making it easy to relax. Every smile I shared got one returned. No sour attitudes every time I have gone.
