I came here because it was recommended by a friend to get ombré nails for my birthday. I came in and was taken by a lady with pink hair who looked clueless when she began doing my nails. They were all lifted and she could not shape them at all. She applied acrylic after shaping them horribly and then began filing my skin down aggressively. I told her multiple times that she hurt me and she just laughed it off. In the end I asked to switch lady’s because of how tragic they were turning out and ended up doing plain white nails. The Second Lady who helped me was sweet and tried to fix them as much as she could but I still was not happy with how they came out because they were crooked and the shape was not what I wanted. I paid full price and left a tip as well and a day later 3 of my fingers

probably one of the worst nail salons i’ve been too. and as i was paying she asked if i was typing her on my card or in cash? after she completely messed my nails up

I had a gel manicure and regular pedicure one week ago. The manicure was $40. It lasted one week. Two of the nails just popped off. I have been crazy gluing them back on, trying to get at least two weeks out of it. I used to go to this salon regularly. I learned not to waste money on the spa pedicures, as they do them in such a hurry that it is not worth paying so much more for it. The regular pedicure is fine. As far as gel manicure at this salon, I would not recommend it at all. I quickly remembered why I don't get my nails done at Phoenix. They must use very cheap products because I haven't had this happen when getting my nails done any place else. It would be much more convenient to go to Phoenix, but it is totally not worth the money.
