Had a great time and experience with my family at Nail Station! We all love our nails!

as my first time here, i made an appointment for 11:30am i was taken immediately which is nice, sometimes even with an appt other salons still have you wait. so i appreciate that- first off. so now my experience: my nail tech was great! she took her time with perfecting the coffin shape i wanted and made sure i was happy with my color before she went on to paint all my nails. overall happy with my fill-in and my pedicure. My pedi tech was good too..i got the $27 spa pedi...with callous removal and 5 min massage...she was good and gentle with my massage (i’ve had horrible experience with them being to rough on me) but she was awesome🤗! Im very satisfied with my nails and toes! the price wasn’t bad either for what i got, it was priced just right! i’ll be back..i think i finally found my favo

a gel manicure and pedicure shouldn’t take you under an hour. Massage chair was awful and uncomfortable turned it off. I asked them multiple times for clean tools. which were put and grabbed out of steraid with no packaging and no timers. Gel polish uneven with ridges. I gave up and going for another re polish elsewhere.

My daughter came in today we were told to sit down in pedicure chairs and that it would be a 20 minute wait. We waited for an hour. Finally a lady came in and started doing my pedicure, she was done in less then 10 minutes, literally! The nail polish was thick and uneven, there were smudges in several places and she barely did any cleaning or scrubbing the feet. Then I was told to switch to a manicure chair and she proceeded to do my manicure. I asked about my daughter who was now waiting for almost an hour and a half with her feet now soaking in cold water….”when someone would take her?” and she said “I don’t know”. I asked her to find out and I guess she asked the owner in another language again with no response and kept working on my nails. My daughter said “it’s ok mom I am free

With so many nail salons in a small town this is by far my favorite. I always have a good experience when I go here. I try to make appointments or go during the week because they do get busy and have long wait times for walk ins otherwise sometimes they will ask you to come at another time because they have upcoming appointments. The good thing is when you schedule an appointment they are true to that time. Around Christmas/the holiday time every year when you receive a service they generally give a little gift wrapped up, once a necklace once a pocket size bottle of the amazing hand lotion they use. They are always welcoming but fact of the matter is they are very honest.
