I have been here many , many times . I have never had a bad experience. The place is always clean , they take the tools out a sterile bag . They are all very professional and respectful. They always do what I ask as well. A loyal customer

I randomly walked in because my nail broke. Salon seems clean, quiet and comfortable. They were very friendly, fixed my nail and did not even charge anything. I was very pleasantly surprised

I am not one to complain about experiences in nail salons. My pedicure was just fine, however, the woman encouraged me to get the gel manicure. My manicure came out unprofessional and as if a toddler had done my nails. I am super disappointed and can’t believe I paid for this manicure. Any professional nail technician should be able to provide a quality manicure. Just want to share my experience to encourage improvement. Thank you.

This was the absolute worst experience that I have ever had. I made four pedicure appointments two for my children and two for adult to all get our nails done together (called ahead) as something special. We waited 20 minutes to be seated (all the chairs were empty, not one staff was friendly at all) and one tech came over and did my six-year-old daughters toes and did not acknowledge anyone else. I asked if my other daughter could at least soak her toes while she waited. 45 minutes past and no one spoke to any of us and someone then came over to start my other daughter and tried to move the six-year-old away from us to dry however there was not one other person waiting at all! At this time we had already knew that we could not have time to get all of our nails done one at a time. I just w

Went here for the first time. When I called they told me a fill-in was a certain price and when I went to the price was different so I just asked them about it and they corrected me I said no problem I’ll pay and they proceeded to laugh at me. Saying oh no, I don’t know who told you that. So on my way out, I told him that maybe if I heard them wrong, not a big deal but it’s not appropriate to laugh at customers. needless to say, I will never go there again and neither should you
