Perfection Nails

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!! I do not recommend this place. My experience was very disappointing. I came in for a gel manicure, and after more than an hour, several nails still looked uneven and poorly done. When they tried to fix the issues, the process was rushed and uncomfortable. During gel removal, the technique even caused some burning and minor cuts to my skin. Don’t understand why they’re even open.

My sister treated me to Perfection Nails and it is a hidden gem. Mai is super sweet and I am very happy with the service there from getting my eyebrows wax , shellac manicure and pedicure. So far the workers there are very friendly and respectful. I was always treated kindly by each of them. I have been to a lot of different nail shops. But I am glad that my sister introduced me to Mai because she knows how to wax my eyebrows and do my manicure and pedicure how I like it. Thank you for providing such excellent customer service. And that’s why I keep on coming back to Mai. Updated : I want to give a shout out to Hana for taking the time to give me one of the best pedicures with a foot massage. Haven't been here in over 3yrs but I needed a mani pedi. I was told it would be $49. Kim was great in really goin in on my toes because I'm not that type that be at a nail shop every 3 weeks I'm that one that goes once a year lol. I ended up telling her forget the foot and leg massage but to go ahead and just get to the polishing (with a smile and she was like "Oh Thank you!" lol) I completely forgot to get my nails cleaned because I was in a hurry that I didn't even give her a chance to put on them cheap slippers (not that it'll fit but hey it's free) She was trying to tell me be careful because my nail polish is not dry with the flower design that she had did on both of my big toes but I told her "Don't worry I'll be careful" I gave her $54, grabbed my shoes and walked out barefooted (I

I got a rebase here, and I wouldn't recommend it at all. This was a few days before Super Bowl, and within days, my nails broke and chipped off. Horrible experience ! Find somewhere else to go because perfection is definitely not it. 0 🌟!

i had went to go get my nails done. i got acrylics and they were incredibly nice but a little to long. i knew they wouldn’t last a long time because when she did my nails she did t even but the acrylic bead to the end of the nail to make it strong. it was $35 and i was incredibly infuriated because the next day i opened the door to my house and my nail had broken. but not just one. TWO broke and it wasn’t even 24 hours with them on. i went to go get them fixed at serramonte and they gave me way better service. they made it thick and nice. recently about a day ago another nail broke. DO NOT COME HERE. TOTAL RIP OFF.
