I came in for the first time for a threading visit. Appointments are easy to make through their website. There wasn't a long wait maybe because I made an appointment. There were several walk-ins also. Simi was friendly, welcoming and very professional as well as efficient. I would definitely go back because she did such a good job cleaning and shaping my unruly eye-brows. Also the place is very clean and well lit!
