Katie is literally the best waxer in the bay, I have very tender skin after 2 kids and she makes the whole experience insanely quick & as painless as possible! She makes you feel right at home & she is easy to talk to! Katie genuinely has the biggest heart and cares for every one of her clients dearly. I 10000% recommend the butterfly room 🦋💕

Katie is awesome! I’ve been going to her for a couple of years now, and I would not trust anybody else to do my waxing. She makes you feel comfortable, even in the most intimate of waxing sessions! She’s fast, efficient, and takes great care with all she does. She is super friendly and easy to talk to as well! I live in Redwood City now, and I still travel up to South City just for Katie!
