I have been coming here for a long time to get my hair washed and I’ve always had good experiences with the female stylists. However, this time a male stylist washed my hair, and the experience was really unpleasant. He tied a plastic bag tightly around my neck. While washing my hair, water and shampoo got all over my face. I’m not sure what kind of towel he used to wipe my face, which made me feel very uncomfortable. He didn’t check the water temperature before starting — it was extremely cold at first, then suddenly turned very hot. When the water sprayed out again, it splashed directly onto my clothes and my phone. Overall, this experience made me feel very uncomfortable and disappointed.

Had a wonderful haircut. She did exactly as I asked her to do and I love it. I will definitely come back here for every haircut and will tell my friends about it. Thank you for listening.

I called in requesting assistance on the cancellation of my SuperCuts Unlimited plan, as Moxie has been unrightfully charging me since 2023, leading to me needing to request for a new credit card number. The male stylist who was working today at 1/2/2026 at 11:50 AM's response to me was "I can't help you, I have too many customers. No manager here." And when I asked what I can do to resolve this issue he stated "You come here and just pay the bill," as to which I refused, as SuperCuts Unlimited's policy was to send in a cancellation request 7 DAYS prior to the billing date (It has been 5 YEARS since my request) and he hung up due to "having too many customers." SuperCuts Unlimited is impossible to cancel as they have not responded to or returned my 10+ calls and 5 emails across the years.

Just want to say : The weekends are always busy and super low staff. Went in on a Sunday for a cut and color and when we were done, my husband noticed they missed a lot of spots due to being busy and said to come back Wednesday when the gentlemen was in so he can correct it no charge. He went above and beyond and apologized for me coming back especially since I have a newborn, but I told him for me it wasn’t an inconvenience since I’ve worked in customer service so I know what it’s like to be yelled at. Very affordable prices and great people!

Efficient yet basic. I specifically asked to have a fade done and the line between bottom and top was noticeable. I asked the stylist guy to see if he can fade it. He said Supercuts are not barbershops. After “trying” it looks the same. I did not even bothered to ask again. Also one side was longer than the other one. It just hair and will grow back so I don’t sweat it much but tbh, Come by for emergency haircuts but don’t expect much.
