Party Nails and Spa

I was searching on Google for a nearby place to get a no-chip manicure and decided to try Party Nails. I had read in previous reviews that they were rude over the phone, and unfortunately, I should have listened. When I called to ask about walk-in availability, the person who answered just said “hello” — nothing else. After a brief back and forth, I was told I could come in and said I’d be there in 15 minutes. I arrived at 10:15 AM and immediately felt rushed. Someone stopped their service to hand me two color books (DND and OPI). The nail tech who was going to do my nails came out shortly after, took the DND book away, opened the OPI book for me, and stood there while I picked — clearly rushing me. John’s work is amazing he really takes his time on my nails! They are perfect every single time and he does them exactly how I want them to look! Very respectful staff and clean place.

How do you just hang up when a customer is talking? I had a manicure day before yesterday. I asked for a nail repair of which I know it can be done because it was done before in that same shop. The tech said she didn’t know what I was talking about then she cut the bad part off. she is the professional so I felt she knew better than me. Today that same nail has split again. So I called to tell them…she answers the phone to tell me it’s not the manicure it’s my body…when I ask for a manager she hangs up. I understand aging affects skin nail and hair I don’t need a lecture. Thats why we go to salons for fixes…Botox, skin peels and nail repair and etcetera.

$105 for a no chip pedi, dip mani & stressful experience. Pedicure was fine. What seemed like either too intense of a buffer speed or and old buffer just burned my nail beds non stop. And this can’t be blamed on me because in the 7 years I’ve been getting dip I never had every single nail, within a few seconds, feel extremely hot. After multiple complaints.. the buffer wasn’t used anymore- fine. I was shocked when she said she was done. No cuticle oil. No lotion. No hot towel. That was a first for me, too. Shouldn’t walk out with crusty skin when the price is so much now-a-days. This was my second time here. Did not get the techs name, had Annie my first time and she was fine.
