Paradise Nails

I’ve been going here since 2018 and absolutely love it! I recently moved to FL but i will absolutely wait until I come home to get a fill just to go to Paradise (if it’s not longer than 3 weeks). The salon is so incredibly clean, the techs are nice and friendly and remember who you are so quickly, and everyone I’ve ever used has done a fabulous job!

I've been going to Paradise nails for over a year and they're the best! Every time I bring in a design they nail it, no matter who I get. They're all so nice and talented! The store is always clean, along with their tools. They have every color imaginable and are on top of all the latest trends. Special shout out to Kim for nailing my latest design idea!

I have been coming to Paradise Nails for a couple of years now, the facility is kept clean, has a pleasant staff and has a nice environment. They offer a variety of services at good prices. They renewed and added more pedicure chairs recently, they are very nice and comfortable. I continue to recommend to family and friends.

Love this place. Busy but worth the service. They all are super nice! First time doing chrome nails and they did soogood .. highly recommend! Recently did dip, I am excited to see how long it will last. Usually gel last for me for about 4 weeks or so! Update on dip: last for almost a month or more for sure so either one as in dip or gel from them will last for long time. I recommend going during a week day than the weekend. During Saturday and Sunday they are super busy.

Unfortunately, my visit to Paradise Nails was far from paradise. I had a 9:30 a.m. appointment and was the first customer there, yet by 10:10 a.m., I still hadn’t been helped — even though several people who arrived after me were taken before me. When I mentioned it, they finally seated me, but gave me to someone who clearly had very little experience. The service dragged on until 11:00 a.m., and the overall attitude of the staff made it clear that customer service is not a priority here. I left very disappointed and won’t be returning. I hope they learn to value their customers and respect scheduled appointments.
