I spoke with Reagan on the phone and she was AMAZING!! She was able to explain all the offered services to me and explain what would be best for my skin. She made me feel comfortable with asking questions and patiently explained how everything works. She was very professional and friendly and absolutely convinced me to go try out the services!

Terri is such a good employee and always makes me feel so welcomed and helps me how when I don’t know which bed to use for how long. And with a smile. Palm Beach Tan should be Proud to have such a nice young Lady working for them! All of the crew has been nice but she has stood out! Thank you!!! 🙏🏼

It’s my first tan, so I couldn’t get the full 12 minutes. The young gal at the counter suggested I do 8. I asked if I could get 11 and a half, and she looked at her computer and said I could definitely get more than 11, but she wasn’t sure if it would be exactly 11.5. I said fine. Sure enough, the machine stopped at 11 on the dot. I would have still purchased the tan if she’d told me the most she could give me was 11. But I do NOT appreciate being lied to. Level 2 tanning bed didn’t cut it and cost me a lot of $. I got a tiny bit of color in the face and zero on the body. Also, their “two pack” actually costs more per tan than buying them individually. Shady practices.

The ladies who work here are so incredibly nice! I would give 5 stars based on their service and cleanliness standards. The reason I am knocking 1 star off is due to your product refund policy. I bought the big bottle of Emerald. I applied it twice and suddenly my entire body broke out in a rash. I did not tan for about week, as I was applying cortisone to my body during this time. When I returned after the rash subdued, I explained what happened and that the only change in my life was the Emerald lotion. It was explained to me that the window of opportunity had already passed. I had literally bought the stuff maybe 10 days prior to this happening and records would indicate that I only tanned twice after buying it and then laid off a week, supporting what I am saying happened. I was in bed 6 and I am not sure if the hydraulic arms were broken but the lid sat on my breasts and when I took a breath my abdomen hit as well. I only weigh 175 lbs if I used the plastic head rest my face was touching the acrylic Was told I couldn't stop and retain my time because it had already been in the computer. I called from the room after 3 minutes. No solution was offered. I wasted my high dollar lotion and my time. Very dissatisfied. I will stay in Olive Branch where they have problem solvers.
