When this company bought this property. They started having the residents here in a 55+community that is mainly retired people in there 65 to 90 years of age. Some of us live only on social security benefits. Our lot Rent was 20 dollars added to the lot Rent, now we are paying 49 dollars and some change. Lot Rent when I moved here was $750.00
