First time going to Ayara. I don’t like going anywhere else besides my regular place but I took a chance with Ayara. They did an AMAZING job! I definitely will be going back to get my eyebrows and lashes done again. Thank you for the GREAT service!

When I left they seemed okay but when I got home and looked closely I noticed there was a lot of hairs that were not threaded. I also wish they would have trimmed my eyebrows and shape them. Also the middle of my eyebrows still have stray hairs. Overall not happy with the shape, or service as I have a lot of hairs that were not pulled out from the root and they were cleaned up and shaped good.

Got a tint and shape and I’m beyond disappointed . I’ve always done my brows myself but wanted to get them done as a treat. The shaping is ok but the tint is atrocious. I have 2 different eyebrows they’re not similar looking at all. The tint is all over my skin and I have to go home and try to remove it. She didn’t even remove all the product.

Henni I believe is the owner. She will sometimes do my eyebrows and do a good job. I prefer her business partner/ owner—Hetal I believe, she pays attention to detail and never disappoints or takes off too much. She ensures to shape my eye brows thick, and knows how to clean them without taking too much. I should have just come back but I thought I’d give their new girl a chance AGAIN. (They dismissed the first one that did my eyebrows and took 4months to grow back) This is the second time I allow someone who’s new. Now, don’t wear makeup, tint, or pencil in my eyebrows, my eyebrows are super thick/ bushy, and new tech was already going to start wrong by taking off hair from the center of my brows rather than shaping and then evening the length of my eyebrows from the ends. went in looking a hot mess with my eyebrows And I told them how they had messed up my brows and left one thing in the other so I was trying to grow them out. The lady did such an amazing job trying to make them symmetrical while I was doing the growing out process and even recommended I do attend to make them look a little bit more even. I have not seen my eyebrows look this week and beautiful since my early teens! Thank you so much for doing such an amazing job with my eyebrows! Truly a hidden gem in Oak Brook I almost don’t want to share
