Madison Reed Hair Color Bar Oakbrook

I have been a member for years now. I was a loyal client at Skokie due to a colorist that was just phenomenal, Adriana. She left yet the location was convenient since I lived super close and the service was 7/10 so I compromised. I moved and have tried other locations and hands down Oak Brook has been the BEST location I’ve been to so far. I’ve only been there 2 times as of now but both times the service I received from the colorist have been above and beyond. This last time I walked in for my usual roots but the colorist mentioned about a highlight promo they had going on. I did read about it when making my appt on the app. I asked if she could add that service to my visit and she made it work!!! Maricella was my color specialist. She took her time with my plan and made sure that I was satisfied with the end product. The whole experience was great from beginning to end. Highly recommend! Great location. All of the staff is very friendly and helpful!

I have been a member of Madison Reed since the Oakbrook location opened, and have enjoyed the services at this location. However, today I had two stylists that took my experience to another level! Dian gave me the very BEST shampoo I have ever had!!! I know this could sound rather trivial-but it’s NOT! I loved that she didn’t mess up my make up, her attention to detail was fabulous and the pressure she uses makes me want to stay there all day!! Alex did my color and as she has moved up the ranks, her color skills are on point! Her passion for what she does comes through loud and clear. She engages in personal communication while executing the perfect color application. Way to go team!

Ive been dying my own hair a dark brown color for over a year now & walked in wanting to go closer to my roots with highlights for dimension & for an easy grow out. Soon as I said that she immediately tried getting me to pay $400 to come back for 4 rounds of touch ups. If I want my hair to be my natural color, there should be no issue for regrowth. So, I showed her the picture & said just this— my hair was already grown out because I wanted to have as much of the dark dye out as possible. She showed me two shades for the all over color & when I said I liked the lighter one better, she convinced me to mix the two shades she showed together since “dark hair looks good on me”. My hair is now black, the exact opposite of what I said I wanted, & has maybe 4-5 strands of highlights. I don’t kno

First time coming here and all I can say is Zoe my stylist left my hair looking fabulous!!! She went above and beyond to help me achieve my desire hair color . She was so nice and professional!! I will definitely be recommending this place and her as well !!!
