He spends so much time (usually around two and a half hours!) perfecting every single detail, and the results are always beyond what I could have imagined. You can tell he truly cares about his craft — he listens to what you want, adds his creative touch, and somehow makes it turn out even better than you pictured. I’ve been coming to Magic Nails for years. They always take such good care of me and provide exceptional consistency and attention to detail. I missed my favorite nail salon so much!! After moving out of state and back this was the first place I wanted to go to. I tried a builder gel full set for the first time and Ken took care of me. He took his time, was so nice and made sure each nail was perfect, even with my pickiness was understanding! I had little to no wait as a walk in on a Saturday morning. Genuinely will only come here from now on.

I have a place I go on a regular basis, but since I get my nails done in the same complex, I decided to cut my driving time and get my nails done here before my work trip. Horrible mistake. I went in to simply get my nails done (powder) and it took over an hour. I don’t think the nail technician was trained enough to handle nails. Period. He was reaching for unclean and unsanitary cuticle cutter, had to redo two of my fingers during the session, used the wrong product on one of the nails….it’s definitely not worth $64 they charged me. Ridiculous. My cuticle has wounds and they are hurting on the second day. My nails are uneven and also done in the sloppiest way possible. I have had some great experiences at this salon and the techs are always nice, but the quality of the nails can vary. The last time I came in I had Ken as my tech and the nails came out bumpy, the polish was messy around my cuticles and the fills normally cost 60-70 but I got upcharged to 80. I also had one of the nails break within 2 weeks. I love this Salon's vibes and I've had some great nails come out of it, I'd just be careful with who your tech is.
