Oak Alternative Therapy massage

I booked a 90 minute massage on their website more than 24 hours in advance. I got an email confirmation and 2 texts confirmations. I walked over in the dark only to find them closed. I rang the bell and called just in case. I could hear the phone ringing inside. What a let down! This was a treat to myself after some health issues. At least they didn’t take my credit card down when I booked 😑

Literally made a google account just so I could write this review. I booked a massage for my birthday. I told them it was my birthday. I followed up with a phone call, during which I said it was for my birthday and they confirmed they would have 2 massage therapists available at the same time so we could have our foot massages with each other. I have 2 confirmation emails and 2 confirmation texts, including from the day-of. We get there, it's closed and locked. Ring the doorbell, she answers, and I kid you not, says "Why would you book for today? Today is cleaning day, we're closed." I say I have a confirmation of the appointment, and she literally blames me for not calling again that morning. Like, 2 texts, 2 emails, and 1 phone call aren't enough, this is all my fault because I didn't a

I called and was able to get a same day appointment! Wonderful massage session with Lisa! I came in with tight shoulders and fatigue...walked out feeling relaxed and much better!

I have only good things to say about Faith and her massage... As a fellow bodyworker myself, I can say that Faith has a very good, clean quality of touch. Firm, confident, while soft and fluid. She applied good, deep pressure when needed, and was very gentle and supportive when massaging my head and face. The whole massage transpired in a clear, unobstructed flow where I felt like she knew what she was doing. My whole body was well tended to, and she made sure to address the specific areas that I mentioned during intake could use some special attention. Her presence is soft, sweet and engaged. I left with an interesting feeling that stayed with me for a couple days that I can't quite name but that I knew was from the work she had done - like something was addressed on a really deep level

Best ever !!! Walk out feeling yourself again but 10x 's better !!!
