I have been getting massages from Rachael for 20 years and she is hands down amazing! From the moment you arrive, you are made to feel like you are the only person that matters. The massage room itself is calming and soothing due to the light music playing as well as the calming smells from her oils and lotions. She always asks about your body and what may be bothering you in case you want her to focus on specific areas. I love her deep tissue work and have had many many problem areas over the years that she always makes feel better. I prefer her 90min massages as that allows time for my whole body to feel amazing. Rachael is the best at what she does. I have had multiple massages at Nama Rupa and I have given many as a gift. It really is my go-to gift because Rachael is that good. As soon as you walk in you feel instantly at ease. She will let you talk away if you want to, or just lay peacefully, drifting off, while she takes care of your aching muscles. I had a great experience at Nama Rupa. This was my first massage ever and I was pretty nervous. Rachel went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and secure.
