Nail Trix

Three words- Go. see. Tina. If you want absolute perfection, a clean, gentle, quick service, make an appointment with Tina! She knows what she is doing for REAL! I am very picky with who I go to and she absolutely slays every time. I am not someone that can sit for long periods of time at the nail salon. Nail Trix in general is known for their in and out service, but with Tina you get a the best of both worlds- detailed, neat, but fast. I always look forward to going to get my nails done and seeing Tina.

Came in for an acrylic fix and fill while visiting my family… the tip for the nail that needed a fix was put on wrong, shooting straight up and crooked on my nail (leaning to the left) I noticed and asked for it to be redone, and was told no, flat out. I’ve been getting my nails done every 2-3 weeks for 11 years and know what the process for getting my nails done looks like and what is/is not possible, and to be told no to redo bad work is absolutely wild to me. My other nails are bumpy and weren’t buffed, and for the nails that were lifting she was just going to leave them until I pointed it out, and then pulled out dirty clippers from her drawer to trim the lifted acrylic. $35 for terrible service… I will never be back, and I advise anyone needing nail services to go elsewhere.

Nails last long time. Never breaking or bending. 8 weeks between visits. I’m super pleased.

Got a gel manicure on Friday and the gel polish was peeling by Monday. Also had someone’s acrylic nail come flying into the bowl I was soaking in. It was disgusting not one person said a word, yet the male nail tech saw it happen. I called today asking to speak to a manager/owner and the woman I spoke to was clearly lying and told me he would be in in the afternoon despite it being around 1 pm when I called. When asked again on a specific time to call back she hung up on me. I then called back and she finally put on who I think is Dave who admitted the manicure should last 1-2 weeks and told me their policy is to come back for a redo. I will never return. A total waste of 50 bucks. Plus none of them are even friendly.

I went to nail trix yesterday for a pedicure, I’ve been here multiple times but the last few time I’ve had my nails done by the same woman. I don’t know her name all I know is she always has a long dark ponytail in and under her eyes is slightly puffy every time. I’ve gotten my hands done by her before where she cut me but accidents happen so I let it go, last time I got a pedicure she was my tech again. This time she cut me again using the cuticle cutting tool, I really was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt but yesterday I had a terrible experience. She cut not once, but three different times on each big toe on the sides while trying to dig under my nail. Which was painful, then while using the same tool she quite literally cut a chunk of my nail out resulting in her ripping my
