I can’t express enough how much I love this location. Michelle at the front desk is so warm and engaging, always a smile and super personable making you feel genuinely welcome instantly. Kelliann has been giving me massages for about a year now and she is so knowledgeable and amazing at her craft. Adjusting and listening to what my body needs making the recommendations for a great experience. Always informative on all the add ons and services provided. Friendly and always a warm happy welcome. Tonight I had my first facial with Abby who was extremely knowledgeable, patient and informative. She knew exactly what my skin needed and explained clearly what she was doing. You can see the staff truly loves what they do and enjoy where they work. I look forward to go back each month.

I can’t say enough about how great this place is. Jessica at the front desk is always so friendly and helpful. I have the membership program and it the best thing I ever did.I love going for my monthly facials with Abby. She’s the best aesthetician I’ve been to. She really analyzes your skin and makes great recommendations to help keep your skin looking amazing when you’re at home and keeping up that fresh facial glow.

I tried booking a massage at the Hand & Stone in Dickson City and asked if they had a Black female therapist available, since I've had great experiences with them before. The person on the phone hung up on me without any explanation. It was so rude and unprofessional. I called back the next day to speak with the manager, explained what happened, and instead of an apology or help, they got defensive and threatened to ban me from the spa. I'm paying $100 for a massage, so why can't I have a preference for who works on me? They say you can only request male or female therapists, which is fine, but people choose based on comfort all the time, like picking a male therapist for stronger pressure. My request was polite and reasonable, yet they treated me like I did something wrong. Their reaction

Wonderful! The staff are friendly and welcoming. Therapist Kellie was knowledgable and very kind. The membership prices are affordable if you like to go monthly or combine services.

Today was my first time here. I had a massage with Kimberly. She was very friendly and seemed eager to help with my concerns. She quietly explained what she was doing throughout the massage which helped me feel comfortable. She ended up using the Himalayan salt stones for a few minutes which were warm and felt amazing. My only complaint is that there was no mirror in the room, which I would have liked to make sure my hair was in order upon leaving.
