Love this location! I always have the best experience and the friendliest staff! Lily, Kristina, and Stephanie are FANTASTIC! Above and beyond customer service, extremely knowledgeable and so friendly! I’ll forever tan here

I do like this place, but I have to be honest, the hours are weird. Three weeks now I’ve come here and they’re closed early even though it says until 9 (it’s worth noting the third time was the day AFTER the storm when every other place was open). This place isn’t cheap especially if you have a package, so it kind of sucks to see that they close before their actual closing time and don’t send any kind of email. Again, if it was snowstorm I understand, but this was three times and it’s such an inconvenience, I ended up cancelling my package for when the month is over.

I had a very bad experience here a few months back with a previous employee and the new girl at the front desk absolutely rectified all of it. Had an amazing experience, front desk was super friendly, and it was clean. 10/10 will be going back.

I really love going to Sun Tan City. I live really close by and I’m a regular customer. One thing I really love about this place is that they’re so clean and everything is clean when you go in the rooms. Some places are really nasty and don’t clean their stuff. I kinda miss the other girls that recently left but the new staff is nice as well, especially the guy with the awesome curly hair! He gives me great recommendations and is so positive. I love the energy of this place. For me, it’s totally worth paying for the membership.

I paid $30 to lay on the tanning bed for 5 minutes. 5 minutes ONLY because supposedly if you stay longer you'll get burned. A complete lie and rip off. There was absolutely NO difference, and the woman at the front desk had the nerve to say "you look amazing". I would never return. Save your money and enjoy some sun.
