Iove Sally's, but in this store there is this lady who is not friendly or helpful. I went in to get the red out of my hair and when I asked for help she said I wouldn't be able to get the red out and that id need to go darker. And with her explaining she said it as though I was stupid and should've known better. Well I YouTubed it and got it done, but the lady with the short blonde hair and glasses was not helpful or friendly and had no knowledge of hair in any way.

Great store with good prices. They always have everything in stock and I don't have to worry about getting followed around the store like I am some type of criminal or something. The employees are also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

I didn’t think the store would be open after all the snow from the store. However, Jason was there and ever so helpful. Awesome service!!! Made sure I knew of the sales and the proper things I needed to get for what I want. Thank you so much.

Sally's has a great selection of high-end polishes and nail tools that are all in one place. A bit more expensive than Amazon prices, but you know exactly what you're getting. The nail files and buffers are dirt cheap and decent quality.
