Nail Boutique

Worst service ever. I got an 80 certificate for birthday to get my nails done here. Before continuing with service I selected the 40$ hot stone pedicure and the 45$ acrylic nail set without gel polish. I then confirmed with the woman who seemed to be in charge that I didn’t want gel polish. An older gentle men started doing my nail and he was very rough and kept drilling over my skin after I told him multiple times he was hurting me. I told him that my left thumb nail was way short than the other ones. He said don’t worry about it I’ll fix it. Instead he made the right thumb very short too while all of my other nails are long. Then a yellow spider ran across the table and he squashed it with his hand and raked it on the floor smiling. Then proceeded to put gel nail polish on my nails. I to

No wonder this place is empty. This place should not be open. This was my first time here just trying to tout. But this is a far cry from a nail boutique it's a mall nail salon with staff sitting around in massage chairs, watching other people's work instead of cleaning, helping customers, or being attentive. My service was inconsistent and careless. For my toes, the technician cut them unevenly and overly short. I asked for a light trim, not for my nails to be shaved down bald. She also tried to sneak in an upcharge by asking it I wanted a sugar scrub and then quickly saying it was $5 extra --which | declined. The worst part was the eyebrow service. The left is my eyebrows naturally and the right is what she did. I clearly asked for my brows to be kept thick and just cleaned up. Instead,

I have been going to this salon for 4+ years. Every single person that has done my nails has done a beautiful job. Relaxing atmosphere. Perfect nail color, Anna has helped me pick a color out every time and is always spot on. Beautiful shape, color and workers. The prices are great! I highly recommend coming here.

I would never recommend this place. My daughter and I went there to get our nails done. We arrived right before 4:00 and their hours say they are open until 6. We took one step in and they said “No we don’t have time.” They were extremely rude and turned us away.

Came here last minute because my other nail tech was busy. I called ahead of time and was fit in for my appointment. All i asked for was acrylic on my big toes and simple white painted toe nails. In the process she used a metal drill bit and not a sanding drill bit, and cut so deep into my toe it was bleeding 🩸 and wouldnt stop. She kept saying “im sorry, im sorry, im sorry”. I wasnt too worried about it because im a hairstylist and i know things like this happen. Until she cut me again, and again. Then every time she got nail polish on my cut she DUG her nail into my cut to get the paint off. MULTIPLE times. Im a good person so i tipped her good anyway, i was SO ready to get out of there. but when i got home and actually took the time to look at it, i was shocked by how FAR the cut ACTUAL
