Been trying to get someone on phone all day. Get a person in the Phillipines that I couldn't understand and couldn't find my information on my subscription, what a joke. Trying to cancel my subscription, only get Sunday paper but that's not worth it anymore. Going to raise the cost to pay for their gas.

I've been trying to get ahold of the MOLINE DISPATCH, CALL # THESE PEOPLE ARE IN THE PHILIPPINES, CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY ARE SAYING. I AM SURE THIS IS A SCAM!!!! I'VE RE_ ORDERED MY NEWSPAPER, THEY ASKED FOR ALL MY INFORMATION AGAIN , CARD NUMBERS, FROM MY CREDIT UNION, SO THEY CAN WITHDRAW MONEY. I'M PUTTING A STOP 🛑 ON ALL TRANSACTIONS. THE MAIN OFFICE IS IN DAVENPORT,IA.PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF ANYONE ELSE EXPERIENCED THIS? APPRECIATE YOUR FEEDBACK

Can't say enough about the workers here this company they help me out tremendously in fact one worker in particular went out of her way to assist me by placing an ad on my Mom's behalf
